Managing Online Surveys
When publishing a private survey a unique URL will be assigned to your survey. You are able to use this URL address in emails that you send to your invited respondents and/or you can use the URL to create a link to the survey from your own web site, Intranet or Extranet. Unlike public surveys that carry the Survey Galaxy logo private surveys are completely unbranded by Survey Galaxy.

Enterprise Solution
For customers requiring an Enterprise solution for multiple users with content approval facilities Survey Galaxy offers an account facility.
Our Enterprise Account Management Facility (AMF) is unique in that the pricing is not based on the number of authorised users but overall monthly usage. This method allows businesses to deploy a survey software application throughout their organisation enabling occasional users to benefit from the same resource as high volume users. There is no limit to the number of authorised users and the accounts are self managed, allowing enterprises to add, suspend and remove authorised users, centrally monitor the account and, if required, set-up content approval prior to publication.
There are no geographical boundaries to an account, and with no software to install, no long term contract tie-in and only a small upfront monthly subscription charge, organisations can deploy a global resource in a matter of minutes, risk free.

Survey Templates
Survey Galaxy's advanced library system allows you to draw from a catalogue of common templates, (Customer satisfaction, Employee Assessment, Product Evaluation samples, etc). Each template can be used in its entirety or you can choose elements from a number of different templates to allow you to rapidly write online surveys and questionnaires that are totally customised to your own specific requirement.
Our template library allows you to select templates from the system library (that is available to all registered members), your own private library (that is only available to you), or from libraries that are held at the account level (allowing a number of people across an organisation to share common templates).

Public Surveys
Survey Galaxy provides a free public surveys section for anyone who wishes to conduct non-commercial, fun surveys to gauge public opinion on any subject providing they are open and of interest to the general public. The Public Survey section contains surveys that cover the whole range of topical debate and is an ideal way to gauge world opinion and also to see a broad range of sample online surveys that have been created using Survey Galaxy's survey builder.
Please take time to tour the site and participate in any of the free surveys that are on topics that are of interest to you. To take part you do not need to register, surveys can be carried out anonymously and they are entirely free. Visit the public surveys area to see what surveys are available.
Registering with Survey Galaxy
You will need to register if you would like to create either 'public' or 'private' surveys.
If you only wish to only participate in surveys you don't need to register but if you do you will be able to return to the Survey Galaxy site at any time and always see the latest results of any public survey that you have participated in, regardless of how you chose ('anonymously' or as a 'known user') to complete each online survey.
As a non- registered visitor you will still be welcome and able to fully participate in the public surveys but you will only be able to see the latest results of those surveys you participated in providing you are using the same computer and do not delete the cookie that Survey Galaxy uses to keep track of your responses.
Private survey respondents do not have to be registered and are only able to see the results of the surveys if granted access to the results by the publisher.
