This short questionnaire is not designed to evaluate the knowledge, experience or suitability of a SEO consultant candidate but it will hopefully help eliminate from your short list the 'economical with the truth' brigade; those that will promise you the moon and say 'Yes' to anything as long as it will secure a contract.
By asking your candidate the questions and recording their responses you will hopefully get a feel for their knowledge and honesty.
