By choosing to respond to a survey as an anonymous user you are declaring that you do not wish the survey's publisher to be made aware of who you are. In accordance Survey Galaxy's privacy statement, we guarantee that no personally identifying information will be provided to the publisher. However, this excludes any personal details you may enter as part of the survey itself.

We recommend that you carry out the survey as a registered user so that we can record this in our data base. Therefore, you will always be able to return in the future to view the latest results.

Alternatively, if you are concerned about privacy or you do not wish to register then you can carry out the survey without registration. We record that you have completed a survey by storing a cookie on your PC, therefore, if you clear your cookies or if you use another PC then you will no longer be able to view survey results.
