The Composer
The survey composer allows you to define a form using most of the features offered by html forms, e.g. data entry fields, radio option, check boxes and pull downs.
On the left of the composer you will find the Content Index, which lists all the lines in your survey and
underneath this is an array of buttons to manage the lines in your composition, Move Up/Down,
Append/Insert, Edit or Delete.
As you enter lines to the survey the preview screen on the right shows how the form will look and operate.
Lines
When you add a line to your survey you need to define what type of line it is going to be:-
- Section Heading
- Text notes
- Data Input Line
- Grid Input Line
We recommend that you play around with the different field types options to see how
they suit the nature of the question you are asking.
