Survey Galaxy Ltd will not provide refunds for purchased data downloaded from the surveygalaxy.com website. Survey Galaxy Limited will however replace, free of charge, any files corrupted by the download process.
After confirmation of payment terms no refunds will be made for services that have been provided and Survey Galaxy Ltd will accept no responsibility for any technical difficulties that occur outside of Survey Galaxy Ltd own network and/or direct control, including but not limited to those providing internet connectivity, telecommunications and power utilities.
In the event that a technical fault occurs within Survey Galaxy Ltd own network and that access to a Customer's currently published survey is denied or restricted for a period in excess of four hours, customers may contact Survey Galaxy to request a 'Claim Form' within 30 days of the date of denied service or restricted access. Survey Galaxy Ltd will provide the Customer with a 'Claim Form' that must be completed by the Customer and be returned to Survey Galaxy Ltd within 10 days where any claim for compensation will be considered.
In the event that a Customer considers that an error has been made on their account, including an incorrect amount or unauthorised transaction, the Customer agrees to contact Survey Galaxy Ltd within 90 days of the transaction date.
In order to obtain a refund, credit or extension of survey publish time customers must provide the correct working email address and/or mailing address to Survey Galaxy Ltd. Survey Galaxy Ltd will not be liable for any claims of non-receipt of a 'Claim Form' that was a result of an incorrect email address and/or mailing address provided by the Customer to Survey Galaxy Ltd
Survey Galaxy Ltd will investigate and consider each claim and where a claim is validated Survey Galaxy Ltd may at their discretion offer compensation to the customer in the form of a refund (full or part), credit or subscription time extension.
Survey Galaxy Ltd liability will in all cases be limited to the value of the specific services that have been confirmed by the customer and Survey Galaxy Ltd will accept no liability nor offer any compensation for any claim for loss and/or damage resulting as a direct or indirect failure of Survey Galaxy Ltd (proven or otherwise) including but not limited to its network, personnel, hardware and software.
Fraudulent Credit Card Charges or Fraudulent Claims
All requests to negate charges are investigated and suspected fraudulent claims of unauthorised card usage will be reported to the credit card services and could result in cancellation of card services, affect Customers credit report and/or could result in criminal charges being filed.

Survey Galaxy Ltd reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at its discretion, or against any customer it believes is abusing this policy. Any such revision or change will be binding and effective immediately after posting of the revised Refund Policy on the Survey Galaxy Ltd websites. Customers agree to periodically review the Survey Galaxy Ltd web site where the Refund policy will be made available.
